A 112-unit, 15-story high-rise in downtown Seattle's Belltown neighborhood had ambitions to be the first net-zero residential high-rise. With an initial timeline of a 2021 opening, the project had extended into 2024.

The project's lender sought the Court’s appointment of JFP Partners (formerly J. Fanelli Properties, LLC) as receivers to oversee completion of $20M in construction, lease-up and disposition of the property.
