With an insolvent developer and the project seriously over budget, Goldman Sachs pushed into receivership.

The project's lender sought the Court’s appointment of JFP Partners (formerly J. Fanelli Properties, LLC) as receivers to oversee completion of $20M in construction, lease-up and disposition of the property.
